I'm not paying 5 dollars to talk to someone about my account. You guys took 3 payments out of my bank, and I will be closing my account with you guys.

This is still uncalled for. If my money is not back in my bank by Wednesday, I will be calling my bank and disputing my payments.

Missing candle

I paid for Februarys candle and I never received it. I would like someone to call me personally to talk to me about this situation.

Single handedly ruined Christmas

I will update this if FJ responds or offers a solution.

I've received more emails that I can count asking me to purchase more items from this store. Every time I click on something I am sent another email asking if I want to buy it...but they cant fulfil the orders they have.

When I called for an update yesterday asking where my order was (that said it was shipped on December 6th but never shipped...and getting no answer...I was asked if I wanted to purchase yet another candle at $10 off. If they continue to offer discounts they should be able to keep up with the demand. They have loyal customers that have purchased items at FULL PRICE for years and instead of making sure they are taken care of they sell more than you could ever make in time for Christmas, all the while promising it will arrive before Christmas.

I placed my order on November 28th and was told my order shipped on December 6th.

Today is December 13th, I would really like to know when my order will ship. I've sent 4-5 emails asking for an update and have been completely ignored.

User's recommendation: Be aware of how they treat their long time customers. The only benefit to being an Inner Circle member is getting coupons for things they cant manufacture in less than 4 weeks.

I have been sending messages to customer service to cancel my subscription! And again you charged my bank account.

I did talk to someone back in October and told them to cancel. For two months I didnt get charges on my bank acct. Then they started up again!

Cancel my Subscription! And refund would be great.

They shipped an item that I did not order and then refused to refund the charge. Their policy is no returns, no refunds.

Customer service said they have no call tags. Call tags are issued by your shipper upon request!

I tried multiple times to receive my items. Never got them, they won't give me my money back, and they just keep saying the items were delivered when they were sent back to the company.

Will not be shopping with them again.

Just absolutely terrible costumer service. Not worth the price either.
